As a business we’re fastidious about online security and we reinforce this with our clients. We insist on strong security protocols for our clients and for all staff working for Tiemens Creative. We backup all client websites and designs. A recent multinational security audit on one of our websites gave our protocols and procedures a five star rating.

All of our sites have the ability to use 2-factor authentication. We also can roll out ultra strong Yubikeys for additional website lockdown as well as server level lockdown (not just CMS lockdown). 

Also our websites are hosted behind the same multiple security walls that are trusted by the largest multinational banks and governments.

Security is critical to us.

This is a question that is loaded and hard to answer in a two minute answer.

However, same as in your business, you do get what you pay for. Yes, we can build “cheap” websites (say a single page) or create a logo in a couple of hours however our preference is to produce amazing thought-provoking work.

Having said that, we generally win pitches up against international developers in cheaper cost countries. We’re proud to win competitive quotes over and over again.

We will alway aim to save costs as much as possible. Because we’re a boutique agency our overheads are relatively low and we pass these savings on to you.

We do pride ourselves on being fast and efficient, however we’d recommend you let us know of your plans so that we can plan for your project.

A wise client once said to us that a project or assignment is like a three wheeled bike. You can have cheap, fast or good quality. They said you can have two out of three but three out of three is tough.

If you want something super fast then it can’t always be cheap because extra resources need to be found to achieve the same quality. 

Planning ahead is key. If you know that you’re going to be needing a website in two week then of course we can do it, but we will need to recruit additional resources to achieve your high standard. 

It’s the same in any business.

You can of course. 

In fact we are happy to fix up any issues you have with these sites. However, sometimes it’s cheaper to get it right the first time.

But we have had a few clients recently come to us asking for us to fix up their Google ranking after their website was hacked (their website was built using an oversea sweatshop) or a clients who have had to pay thousands of dollars to get their domain name and copyright released by one of these companies.

With Tiemens Creative, you own your own site. No ifs or buts. It’s yours. This may not include copyrighted materials like stock photos but the work you pay us to do is completely yours.
